Team Coaching to Win the Game
The Coaching the Team to Win the Game course helps managers identify the critical differences between coaching and managing. We will cover the basics of the Coaching Continuum and discuss evaluative, developmental, peer, and self-coaching stages. Your managers will learn critical success factors of good coaching relationships and receive specific coaching feedback rules of engagement to include a six-step coaching process. Each participant will become familiar with Strategic Aim Consulting’s proprietary Coaching Toolkit to assist with coaching efforts.
